Australian customers: 4-10 business days and a flat shipping fee of AUD $10.00

International customers: 7-14 business days and flat shipping fee of AUD $20.00

Returns

We offer free postage on returns and 100% money back guarantee if your item is faulty. All other items, can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your item. Kindly be aware that earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
